After you type in your login information, the FTP interface on the left side will open up in a new window.
You will not be able to use the drag-n-drop method to upload or download a file.

In order to download a file, right-click on the desired file and select Save Target As. |

After you select the Save Target As option, the Save As dialog box will pop up. Name the file to download, select the correct file type and select the destination folder. |

The download complete confirmation box pops up when the download is successfully completed. Click on the OK button. |

You can view the file in another window without downloading it. right-click on the desired file and select Open in New Window. |
